The son of Rita Jo Kendrick and the late "Tug" Kendrick, Jeff's roots run deep in Monroe County. A graduate of Monroe City R-I and co-owner of Kendrick Brothers Construction, Jeff is an area resource to be reckoned with.
Jeff and his wife, Mary (Schnitzler) and their sons, Corey and Ryan reside in Monroe City and are greatly involved in community efforts.
With a background that includes helping to build the Clarence Cannon Dam as an employee of Luhr Brothers Construction, survey and planning for the Missouri Department of Transportation and home building since 1988, Jeff brings an immense amount of knowledge to each and every transaction.
Whether it's boating on Mark Twain Lake, hunting in the area, following the local sports teams, donating his time and talent to Holy Rosary Parish and School or taking a Polar Plunge to raise funds for the community, Jeff will be there. For a buyer coming to town, Jeff will make you feel right at home and help you find just the right property, be it a house, building lot, hunting piece or farm investment.
